Video Terms of Use
As a User of video banking, you agree to the following terms of use:
- The User agrees to act in a professional and courteous manner while on a video session with any CorePlus representative.
- The User will not use language or gestures that are intended to harm, threaten, or demean.
- The User will be fully dressed in such a way that would be consistent with physically visiting a CorePlus Federal Credit Union branch.
- The User understands the financial institution may be required to collect and verify personal information in order to properly identify all parties involved in a video session.
- The User will not be driving or operating other heavy machinery while engaged in a video session. All risks, injury, and harm associated by doing so are solely the User’s responsibility and NOT the responsibility of CorePlus Federal Credit Union.
- If multiple parties are involved in any transaction or extension of service that signatures are required, all involved parties must be present.
- By proceeding, the User understands the video session will be recorded for accuracy and training purposes.
By agreeing to these terms and using this video banking service, the User understands that failure to meet these requirements as described above may result in termination of the current video session or a ban from the video banking platform. The User will not be allowed to receive services through this platform. CorePlus Federal Credit will operate in good faith, and use just cause while evaluating potential abuse, but will not accept any liability from failure to read, understand, or follow the above-mentioned terms of use.
